Main activities

  • Participate in projects to digitize the planning and operation processes of Smart Energy Systems and District Energy with high innovation content
  • Be familiar with the operational processes of the main players in the sector
  • Contribute to the advancement of Digital Innovation models in the Heat & Power sector, operating in a privileged international context
  • Analyze KPIs and use them to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the evolution of Optit’s advanced analytics solutions by proposing new areas for development

Profile
To best meet your challenges, we seek these characteristics:

  • Master’s degree with a scientific focus, preferably in Engineering (Energy, Electrical or similar)
  • Knowledge of commonly used IT tools (Office suite, Project Management tools, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Analytical and reporting skills and ability to define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and effective innovative solutions
  • Skill in work organization and time management
  • Entrepreneurship and orientation toward innovation
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and problems with colleagues and management
  • Interest in continuous discussion and learning
  • Willingness to travel to Optit customers, in Italy and in other Countries
